We will only process refunds / remake items if the fault was made within our part of the order process
Once your order is correctly dispatched from Zebra Knits we are not responsible for any lost / stolen goods.
If the loss of your order is through a fault with the postage service / a mistake you made with your order that wasn't reported before dispatch, then you need to issue your own claim.
We are not responsible for custom fees.
We will not reduce the value of the items on the custom forms to reduce your custom fees.
